Rickie Fowler stretched his run at No 1 in The R&A World Amateur Golf Ranking to three weeks before scoring  a 36-hole seven-over-par total of 147 in qualifying for the US Amateur Championship at The Olympic Club, San Francisco.
Spanish 16-year-old Emilio Cuartero moved into the rankings for the first time after a one-hole victory in the British Boys Championship over Fraser Fotheringham of Scotland at Royal Porthcawl in Wales.
A breakdown of the top 200 shows the USA with a massive lead of 94 players.  England have the next highest total with 18, followed by Scotland and Australia with 12 each.
